This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be processed for services provided by EquityNivesh.
Subscription-Based Services
EquityNivesh offers paid advisory and research services through subscription models. Once a subscription is activated, it is considered utilized.
No Guaranteed Refund
Fees paid for advisory services are non-refundable under normal circumstances. Market losses or dissatisfaction due to market movement shall not be considered valid grounds for refund.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refund requests may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment made by the client
Technical error resulting in unsuccessful service activation
Any approved refund shall be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel future subscriptions before renewal. Cancellation does not entitle the user to any refund for the active service period.
Chargeback Policy
Initiating chargebacks without contacting customer support may result in service termination.
